Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Artjoan! We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 10 days after the delivery of your purchase. If more than 10 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, no refund and/or exchange will be offered.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, only the value of the product. Eligible exchanges and returns will be refunded or shipped only if the item meets all eligibility conditions: it is not damaged, stained with makeup, or shows signs of use. If these conditions are not met, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.

Only clothing and accessories items described with "free shipping" on the product page are eligible for free shipping and return.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges (clothing and accessories).

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges on artwork and prints.

  • They are only refundable if the item arrives damaged due to an error by the shipping company.
  • The cost of the product will be covered by shipping insurance, but this will only be done if and only if the shipping company complies with the disbursement of the product value according to the agreed insurance.
  • Purchases of international art or decoration do not qualify for refunds or returns.
  • Artworks and prints are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Before shipping these products, the size, product specifications, and exact shipping address will be confirmed via messages or email. In the event that the customer provides incorrect verification information or does not respond to verification messages, ARTJOAN is not responsible for errors in delivery or product, and this order will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable). We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a size exchange. To process the exchange for the same item, send us an email at artjoan.co@gmail.com.

Exempt items. The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards.
  • They are non-refundable.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 10 days after delivery.

Refund process. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at artjoan.co@gmail.com.

Shipping. You must send us an email to receive the refund shipping address and all necessary information at artjoan.co@gmail.com. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
